Jake serves as EVP of Operations at Masterworks, where he helps shape the systems, strategy, and structure that turn vision into action.

Before joining Masterworks, Jake spent two decades leading operational transformation across media and ministry organizations, most recently as Publisher and Senior Vice President at Christianity Today. Known for blending analytical rigor with creative collaboration, he’s passionate about building cultures where people and purpose thrive together.

Jake earned his MBA from the University of Illinois and lives in Wake Forest, North Carolina, with his wife and three children. Outside of work, you’ll find him on the trail, in the workshop, or at the sidelines—cheering his kids on and always building something new.
