Ted is the co-author of Culture Built My Brand, host of the Future Nonprofit Podcast, keynote speaker, executive coach, and co-founder of Historic, a brand strategy, culture, and design thinking consultancy that helps nonprofit brands amplify their impact and do more good.

With over 25 years experience in nonprofit executive leadership, organizational health, and strategic brand building, Ted has spent the majority of his career helping organizations drive results by aligning brand strategy and company culture with values and desired outcomes.

Ted has been married to his wife Licia for over 20 years and together they have two daughters, Bethany and Emilia, and two ridiculous dogs named Newman and Spencer.
